The service is intended for complex neurovascular and neuroradiology questions where the original images—not only the written report—can change the discussion.

How the review works
The public form starts contact only. Medical files are transferred later through an approved secure route.

Send a consultation request
Provide contact details and a short, non-sensitive description of the question. Do not attach records to ordinary email.

Initial suitability check
You will be told whether the question fits a neuroradiology second opinion and which records are required.

Secure image transfer
DICOM examinations and reports are sent through the secure method provided after contact—not through the website form.

Specialist review
The available imaging is reviewed with the clinical history, prior studies and the specific question.

Discussion and next steps
Findings, limitations and reasonable next options are explained in a scheduled consultation or written pathway, as appropriate.

What to prepare
- The original DICOM image files, not screenshots
- All relevant prior examinations for comparison
- Radiology reports, discharge summaries and procedure reports
- A concise symptom timeline and the exact clinical question
- Current medication list, including antiplatelet or anticoagulant treatment
- The contact details of your treating or referring physician
Protecting medical data
Do not send identifiable medical images through ordinary email or the public consultation form. After the request is accepted, secure transfer instructions will be provided. Only records necessary for the stated review should be shared.
Important limits
- This is not an emergency service and does not monitor incoming messages continuously.
- A useful opinion depends on complete, diagnostic-quality images and adequate clinical context.
- Remote review does not replace physical examination, emergency assessment or ongoing care by the local team.
- A recommendation may change when new symptoms, images, laboratory results or examination findings become available.
